I got 11k out of the rear PS4s, 24k out of the front. Switched to PS5s and got 20k out of the first pair of rears. Now running the slightly bigger A110S size PS5s for a bit better pothole protection, will see how they last!
The PS5s are much better in the cold and damp and wear more evenly.
